Kelly Wood to compete in the Skip Barber Shootout
Following a very successful 2007 season, winning two championships and with a strong 6th place finish in Senior Honda at SRFKC, Kelly is preparing for the start of a new season.
She leaves for Sebring on the 23rd January for a three day Skip Barber Racing School and then four days later competes at Sebring in the Skip Barber Shootout.
2008 is going to be a busy year for her as she plans to run a four race schedule in the Eastern Series of Skip Barber, compete in SRFKC in two classes while still running a limited amount of club and other karting events. She has also accepted an offer to test a stock car at Mosport early in the season.
