Race #5 Review

The skies managed to hold off the rain making it an eventful evening at Kawartha.

Kelly and the team are quickly learning more and more each week to getting the car set-up well. In the first heat race, Kelly took a 4th place finish, making it to the semi-feature starting on pole. With the car handling really well, Kelly kept out in front leading the field with one lap to go, when some contact was made from behind causing a spin before the chequered flag. "Yes it was disappointing, "Said Kelly. " But I am still happy we have managed to get the car up to speed."

For the feature Kelly started 6th but with a caution early on in the race, she started at the back for the re start. Her determination to never give up, however, led her flying back through the field and altogether ending the night on a happy note and a car to bring home in one piece.
